Unlimited Projects: The license applies to **every project** published during the active period, not just a single video.
Lifetime Protection: Any project published while your license is active remains protected forever. You never have to delete content after your license expires.
Renewal: To ensure a seamless workflow, we recommend renewing your license 2–3 days before the current one expires.
FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
How are views calculated for the Standard License?
The view limit (e.g., 1M per month) is the cumulative total of all views/listens across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Radio, etc.) for all projects created during that month.
What happens if my video goes viral and exceeds the Standard limit?
We support your success! If you exceed the limit significantly (over 1.5M views), you just need to buy an additional 1-month license. You don't need a full Premium upgrade unless you plan to maintain those high numbers consistently.
Can I keep my videos online after the license expires?
Absolutely. Any video published during the active license term is licensed permanently. You do not need to renew your license to keep old videos online.
When do I need to renew?
You only need to renew if you want to publish new content using the music.
Is this music cleared for TV and Radio?
Yes. Both Standard and Premium licenses include broadcasting rights for TV and Radio within their respective view/audience reach limits.
What to do if you get a Copyright Claim?
Don’t worry! A "Copyright Claim" is an automated notification from YouTube/social media, not a "Strike." It does not hurt your channel. Here is how to clear it using your license:
- Go to your Video Manager: Find the video with the claim and click "Copyright Summary and Status."
- Select "Dispute": Choose the option "I have a license or written permission from the rightsholder."
- Provide License Info: In the dispute description, copy and paste: "I have a valid commercial license for this music. License Code #. Artist: AShamaluevMusic. Track: [Track Name]. Purchased at shop.ashamaluevmusic.com."
- Submit: Claims are usually cleared within 24–48 hours, and all monetization will be restored to you.
