Refund policy

Digital Products (Music Licenses)

All sales of digital products (Music Licenses and Audio Files) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a download link has been accessed, or the audio files have been delivered to your email, the Service is considered "consumed." As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any music licenses or digital downloads.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with your digital order (e.g., a corrupted file or a broken download link), please contact us at contact@ashamaluevmusic.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix a verified technical defect, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Physical products

Returns

Accept returns for defective products only. Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Refunds

If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch — but any refund will be at our discretion. Refunds are issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Item

Customers who receive a damaged item must provide a picture of the item. The recall request will be evaluated to see if the product has been damaged. If the product was damaged on our side, we will send you a new product or refund you in full.

Exchanges

The exchange of the size of the goods is at the expense of the buyer. You will need to place a new order at your own expense. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the size chart on the product page in the Online Store to get the size that suits you.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore AShamaluevMusic reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
