Digital products

The license and MP3 will be sent by email immediately after payment. It will also be available in store account, in the Orders section. Digital downloads are delivered as MP3 (320 kbps) audio file and a license certificate as a PDF file.

How much are shipping cost?

We offer complimentary is free shipping on all orders.

Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped?

You will not be charged any taxes or duties when your order is shipped. Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.

What are the shipping methods and delivery times?

All orders are shipped by standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL from our warehouse.

Estimated delivery time is up to 4-10 business days. 

Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, since delivery time may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

We cooperate with carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, to provide you with the best shipping experience. Our tracking page combines the details of these carriers to make it easier for you to follow packages. You can also track your order using the Shop app.

Can I change my address once the order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship items to all countries except the countries and regions listed below:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

*The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.

  • AShamaluevMusic costumers must sign in during checkout to automatically get free shipping on qualified orders.
  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If you haven't registered an account on shop.ashamaluevmusic.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
