1.1. Ownership and Copyright All musical compositions, sound recordings, and audio files available on this website (the "Content") are the intellectual property of Aleksandr Shamaluev (AShamaluevMusic) (the "Licensor"). All rights are reserved. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the buyer; it only grants a limited right to use the music under the terms specified in this agreement.

1.2. Grant of License Upon successful payment, the Licensor grants the buyer (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to synchronize the Content into one (1) specific "End Product."

1.3. The Single Project Rule Each license is restricted to one (1) unique project.

• An "End Product" is defined as a single cohesive work (e.g., one specific YouTube video, one advertisement campaign, or one podcast episode).

• Use of the same track in a second, different project or for a different client requires the purchase of an additional license.

1.4. Prohibited Uses The Licensee is strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or Redistributing: You cannot resell, lease, or gift the audio files to any third party.

• Creating New Songs: You may not record vocals over the tracks or modify them to release them as new songs, singles, or albums on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

• Audio-Only Distribution: You cannot distribute the music as a standalone file (e.g., on a CD or as a background track for a meditation app) without a visual/interactive component.

• AI Training: You may not use the Content to train, develop, or improve any Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

• Illegal Content: You may not use the music in any project that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

1.5. Third-Party Platform Usage (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) The Licensor utilizes Content ID systems to protect intellectual property. If you receive a copyright claim on social media platforms, you must provide your official license certificate/invoice to the platform to clear the claim. The license grants you the right to monetize your video, but it does not remove the Licensor’s ownership of the track. While our licenses provide full legal rights to use the music, automated content identification systems (like YouTube Content ID) may occasionally issue a "Copyright Claim."

• This is an automated administrative notification, not a legal strike. 
• Licensees are responsible for following our Claim Clearance Guide to resolve these notifications using their provided License ID.

1.6. Term and Termination The duration of the license depends on the chosen tier (e.g., Lifetime for Personal/Creator or 2 years for Commercial). The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license without refund if the Licensee is found to be in violation of these terms.

2. Shipping & Logistics Disclaimer. Merchandise is shipped globally through third-party logistics providers (USPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD). 

2.1 Shipping Times: Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays. 

2.2 Responsibility: AShamaluevMusic is not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or issues arising within the third-party carrier's network.
