Digital products
The license and MP3 will be sent by email immediately after payment. It will also be available in store account, in the Orders section. Digital downloads are delivered as MP3 (320 kbps) audio file and a license certificate as a PDF file.

How much are shipping cost? We offer complimentary is free shipping on all orders.
Do any taxes or duties apply to orders shipped? You will not be charged any taxes or duties when your order is shipped. Any taxes and duties applicable are the responsibility of the company.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times? All orders are shipped by standard shipping via USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL from our warehouse.Estimated delivery time is up to 4-10 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery date of your order is an estimate only and is not guaranteed, since delivery time may be subject to delays due to customs clearance or sales and peak holiday periods.
Can I change my address once the order has been shipped? Unfortunately, we can only deliver your package to the address provided upon placing the order. If the address you provided is incorrect, you must contact the delivery service provider to redirect your parcel to another address.

We ship items to all countries except the countries and regions listed: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen. *The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.
