TikTok

What if I want to use the music for more than 60 seconds?

If your video exceeds the time limits mentioned above (60 seconds for TikTok), it may be flagged as a long-form video. In this case, you will need to purchase an Official License to avoid copyright claims and ensure your video remains monetized and protected worldwide.

Can I use your music in TikTok videos?

Yes, all my tracks are available for use in TikTok videos for free.

TikTok generally allows short-form content up to 60 seconds (for standard short videos). I recommend searching for my name in the TikTok audio catalog to add the music directly.

However, you can also download the MP3 from my website and upload it with your edit. If you follow the platform's time limits, you will not face copyright claims.

If your video has received a copyright claim, please visit our Claim Clearance page.

Can I use your music for TikTok Ads?

Absolutely. Our licenses cover both organic content and TikTok Spark Ads or paid campaigns.

What if TikTok says "Original Sound" instead of the track name?

You can upload your video with our music as an original sound. As long as you have a license, you are legally protected.
