Check the order status

You can view the order status via the order confirmation email (there is a link to the tracking page) or, if you have an account, through the 'Orders' section in the store, as well as through the Shop app (for mobile devices). You may need to enter your order number and confirm your email or phone number to access the details, especially without an account.

Email:

The order confirmation email contains a link to the order status page. This is the most direct way to see the status, payment details, and delivery details.

Website account (if created):

Log in to the account on the store's website. Go to the 'Orders' section. All orders will be displayed in chronological order.

Shop App:

If you use the Shop mobile app, you can view your order history in the 'Account' section.
