What counts as "One Project"?
A single license allows you to use the track in one specific production or creative work. However, this project can have multiple versions and formats.

Examples of ONE project (One license is enough):

• Different Formats: You create a main horizontal video for YouTube and make vertical versions (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) of that same content.
• Series & Parts: You film one large video and divide it into several parts (e.g., Part 1, Part 2, Part 3) or a "miniseries" based on the same shoot.
• Language Versions: You produce one video and translate it into different languages for different regions.
• Edits & Cuts: You create a 10-minute vlog and a 30-second "teaser" or "trailer" for that same vlog.

What counts as a NEW project (New license required):

• Using the same track in a completely new video with different footage and a different topic.
• Using the track for a different client.
• Using the track in a new episode of a recurring weekly show (unless it's a theme song used in every intro, which requires a separate agreement).

Summary: If the videos are derived from the same core production or represent different edits of the same story, it is considered one project.
