Direct-to-garment (DTG)

To wash:

• Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
• Avoid fabric softeners
• Don’t dry-clean

To dry:

• Hang-dry or tumble-dry on low

To iron:

• Use a cool iron inside-out
• Never iron the print

Direct-to-film (DTF)

To wash:

• Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
• Use the recommended amount of detergent
• Don’t use fabric softeners

To dry:

• Tumble-dry on low or air-dry for longer-lasting results

To iron:

• Use a cool iron inside-out
• Don’t iron the print

Embroidered products

Apparel

To wash:

• Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Chlorine bleach is okay in small amounts (non-chlorine is better)

If you see color residue: Rinse in lukewarm water, then cold water several times - don’t rub the embroidery.

To dry:

• Avoid soaking or piling while wet
• Don’t wring out the fabric
• Use a cool air tumble-dry setting

To iron:

• Iron inside-out, ideally between two cloths
• Don’t steam or wet the embroidery

Hats

The best way to clean your caps is by hand-washing them. Machine-washing can ruin the shape and damage the embroidery.

To wash:

• Use a mild detergent (no bleach) in lukewarm water
• Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed
• Avoid using brushes
